UPDATE on the case:
The courts ruled on the case on the 13th of May – Fine of 2 million won for the culprit, ruled that the culprit had no intention of disrupting the G20 Summit, instead was just a method of self expression.  If you remember, the prosecution wanted a 10month PRISON SENTENCE.
