Workout Pt I

There are many things that I have been doing to prepare myself for my trip down to Australia, but in today’s post, I want to show you how I’ve been preparing physically for my trip down to Oz and Hamo.  Enjoy and make sure to stay tuned for the Part II of the workout – PILATES!!!
